Located in the oldest part of the building is the bar area and has served beer since 1795, the earliest known landlord being one Mr William Furnidge.

With beamed ceilings, open fires and a warm friendly atmosphere, the setting is perfect for you to relax and savour the fine wines, cask conditioned ales and mouth watering food.

You can watch village life go by and enjoy the sunshine on the delightful gravel patio. Alternatively there is a decked area at the rear if more privacy is required.
