All rooms are available on either a single or double occupancy basis, The Owl suite ( 1 double and 1 twin room sharing bathroom facilities) is available either for single, double or family occupancy.
All prices quoted are per room, based on occupancy by 1 person (Single), 2 people (Double) or up to 4 people (Family).

Cancellation Policy
Period of notice
Our cancellation policy requires 5 day's written notice of cancellation. Written notice is defined as a letter, fax or email. Every effort will be made to re-let the room(s), however if we are unable to re-let any of the rooms that you have booked we will charge 50% of the total cost of the booking. Cancelling by phone must be supported by a written notice as stated above Any cancellation charges will initially be offset against any deposit held and any balance will be charged against the credit card supplied to secure the booking.
Failure to arrive without cancellation
All bookings will be guaranteed by a credit card. Failure to arrive will result in a charge to your credit card for the full amount quoted for the room(s) upon booking. An invoice and payment slip will be forwarded on to the address left at time of booking.
